Serena works with individuals at a senior level offering a coaching programme that consists of 8-10 focused sessions to deliver their outcomes and achieve their goals.

The One-to-One Coaching Programme incorporates a range of assignments specifically designed to broaden the choices available to the individual.  The programme helps them to integrate positive change into the way they operate, embedding new and powerful behaviours that generate improved performance.

Serena’s speciality is helping people move into new areas of performance giving them greater clarity and self-belief, and thereby giving her clients greatly enhanced communication and influencing powers.

 Her clients have included Shell, BP, Aon,  Close Brothers and Lloyds TSB  working with Managing Directors, CEOs, Financial Directors and Board members.
